At Rise N Thrive Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • Free from stains, scents, or damage

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@risenthrive.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items. To request an exchange, contact us at sales@risenthrive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
